Shipping time

Once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. Most orders are made within 3–5 business days, and your shipment typically arrives 3–5 days after that.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on US orders of $35 or more. For orders under $35, we charge a flat $5.99. We currently ship within the United States only.

Damaged items and shipping issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
