SHIPPING TIME:

Once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. After your order has been processed, your shipment will arrive in approximately 3-7 days after being received.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND SHIPPING ISSUES: 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All shipping claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
