Returns, Exchanges & "It arrived looking nothing like that" situations. We've got you.
At KCBR, we've built 13 years of trust on honesty.  Our return policy works
the same way — straightforward,  no fine print, no runaround.


OUR 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return 
or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in 
original condition with tags attached.

To start a return: email sales@kindlecrack.net with 
"RETURN" in the subject line, your order number, and 
your reason. We'll send you instructions within 
1–2 business days.

Please note: customers are responsible for return 
shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable 
shipping method.

Approved refunds are processed to your original 
payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.


DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't 
what you ordered — we fix it immediately at no cost 
to you. Email info@kindlecrack.net within 5 days 
of delivery with a photo and your order number. 
No questions, no runaround. We cover all costs 
for our mistakes.


SIZE EXCHANGES

Not the right fit? We offer easy size exchanges 
within 30 days of unworn or unused items.
Email sales@kindlecrack.net with your order number 
to get started. Size up if you're ever unsure — 
our tees and hoodies run true to size but most 
readers prefer a relaxed fit.

Please note: customers are responsible for return 
shipping on size exchanges.


LOST IN TRANSIT

If your package appears lost, email us within 
30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include 
your order number and tracking information and 
we'll sort it out.
